Arti dan Lirik Lagu Lip Gloss dari THE BOYZ, Romansa Musim Panas Penuh Gairah

JAKARTA - THE BOYZ merilis lagu dan video musik Lip Gloss yang masuk dalam mini-album (PHANTASY) Part 1 Christmas In August pada Senin (7/8) sore.

Lip Gloss adalah lagu yang dibuat khusus untuk menyambut musim panas. Genre musiknya adalah synth-pop bercampur house music yang ringan. Hasilnya, sebuah lagu chill yang enak untuk bergoyang.

Lagunya diproduseri oleh Gusten Dahlqvist yang merupakan penulis lagu, komposer, dan produser asal Swedia. Ia juga pernah terlibat dalam tim penulis lagu untuk BTS berjudul We Are Bulletproof: the Eternal (album Map of the Soul: 7) dan lagu LE SSERAFIM terbaru yang berjudul Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard's Wife.



Untuk video musiknya, ke-11 member dari agensi IST Entertainment yang debut pada 2017 itu diperlihatkan sedang bersenang-senang di pantai menikmati liburan mereka. Di sana, mereka bertemu cewek bule yang menarik perhatian. Namun ternyata ada kejutan di tengah video musik ini. Lokasi syuting video musik Lip Gloss dilakukan di Siargao, Filipina.

Adapun sesuai waktu perilisannya, lirik lagu Lip Gloss menggambarkan tentang pria yang terpikat pada seorang perempuan saat ia sedang menikmati musim panas yang menyenangkan. Ia ingin menghabiskan waktunya dengan orang yang disukainya itu, dan menjalin hubungan yang lebih dekat.
